LEO HERO DAY




On Saturday 11th May, Leo Gym will be taking part in “Phil Robinson’s HERO Workout” from 8:00 – 9:30am.


The workout is in honour of Phil Robinson, a Leo founding member that passed away in 2022 from lung cancer. Phil embodied the true spirit, camaraderie, encouragement and support which is the foundation behind everything we do at LEO. For those that never had the privilege of meeting him, he was the kindest, most supportive man that always believed you could do great things.

 

The workout was created by Phil himself before he sadly passed away. In true Phil style, he wanted to make sure the workout was as inclusive as possible.

 


We will be raising funds for the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. If everyone donated just £5 or £10, imagine the difference we can make.





The energy will be electric, vibes will be high, and we will all come together to epitomise the true Spirit of LEO!
