WHAT IS HYROX?
HYROX is a high-intensity fitness competition that challenges participants to push their limits and test their endurance. The format of a HYROX competition combines elements of running with functional strength exercises. The exercises include skierg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, row, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls. Participants earn points based on their performance at each station and their overall finishing time. Points are typically awarded based on factors such as completion time, repetitions completed, or a combination of both.
