Strength is a dedicated coached lifting class at Leo Gym in Marlow.
These strength classes are built around one principle: that getting stronger is a long game, and the only way to play it well is with excellent technique and intelligent programming.
Every session is coach-led, focused on the foundational movements ; squat, deadlift, press and pull, and structured to add load progressively over time. No rushed circuits, no compromised form, no training to failure for the sake of it.
Just purposeful, well-coached strength work that builds a body you can rely on for years, not just months.

Strength is Leo Gym's dedicated coached lifting class in Marlow, designed for anyone who wants to get progressively stronger with the right technique, the right programming and the right people around them.
Each session focuses on the foundational lifts coached to a high standard, with weights that increase intelligently over time rather than randomly. The result is real, measurable strength that carries into everything else you do, in the gym, in sport and in everyday life. No egos, no guesswork and no wasted sessions. Just purposeful, expert-led strength training in a community that takes it seriously.
WE'LL HELP YOU REACH YOUR GOALS
6 WEEKS FOUNDATIONS PROGRAMME
When you join Leo, you’ll begin our 6-Week Foundations Programme, designed to help you build consistency and make real progress.
Led by Nat, our Health & Wellbeing Coach, this programme includes two dedicated 1–1 sessions to set you up for success:

Initial 1–1 Consultation: Set clear, achievable goals and complete a full body composition check (weight, body fat %, muscle mass and more)

Progress Review (Week 6): Reassess your measurements, review your progress, and refine your goals moving forward.
Throughout the 6 weeks, you’ll also be supported to:

Build healthy habits that last

Track meaningful progress

Learn the foundations of nutrition and recovery

Feel confident in the gym environment
This structured approach helps new members settle in quickly and gives experienced athletes the clarity and support to keep progressing.
Members who have completed the onboarding programme have been incredibly grateful for the support and structure it provides. Many have built lasting habits and achieved goals such as increasing muscle mass and reducing body fat while building confidence in their training.
