Leo Gym Marlow have a 2200 sq-ft open space gym floor with state of the art equipment from industry leaders such as Reebok, Rogue Fitness, Bulldog Gear and more. 


Downstairs provides a place to relax with brand new luxury changing rooms and an organic health cafe coming soon! We also offer Yoga, Pilates and Barre in our studio located on the ground floor. With a tranquil and relaxed ambience, our studio is it's own haven, allowing members to escape from the stresses of day-to-day life. 


Our facility is run by our amazing coaches and Yoga, Pilates and Barre instructors who have trained all around the world alongside some of the biggest athletes. We are here to help people of any ability to reach their full potential.


At Leo Gym Marlow our members know each other's names, root for each other during workouts and socialise together outside of the gym. The community at Leo Gym Marlow is the fundamental root of our success.

We base our workouts around micro, meso and macro-cycles to ensure we cover every aspect of functional fitness to get you the best results possible. 


Functional movements mirror movements we make on a daily basis, like picking up a box or lifting something overhead. By focusing on these movements, we can help you build strength, get fit and reduce injuries.
