WHAT MAKES LEO DIFFERENT
FROM OTHER GYMS IN MARLOW
COME FOR THE CLASSES, STAY FOR THE COMMUNITY
If you are looking for a gym in Marlow, here is what makes Leo different from the other gyms in town. We opened in 2018 with a simple idea: build the gym we actually wanted to train at. One with expert coaches in every session.
One with 80+ classes a week across HYROX, Metcon, Strength, Wonder Women (women's only), Mum & Baby & Senior classes , all properly programmed and led.
One with an on-site café, a Treatment Room offering physiotherapy and sports massage, and changing rooms stocked with Bamford products and Dyson hair dryers.
A gym that takes the training seriously and the atmosphere even more so.
200 members later, the idea worked. Members come for the coaching. Most will tell you they stayed for something they didn't expect, the people.
Whatever your starting point, there's a class, a coach and a community here for you.
THE ONLY OFFICIAL HYROX AFFILIATE GYM IN MARLOW
HYROX™ TRAINING IN MARLOW
We’re Marlow’s only official HYROX affiliate and one of the most active in the Thames Valley. Our 10+ weekly classes cover every part of race preparation: the engine, the strength and the pacing.
Add on-site simulations, a HYROX club on the last Friday of every month and early ticket access for members, and you have everything you need to train, prepare and compete, from your very first session to a World Championship finish line.
And you won’t do it alone. You’ll train with people working towards the same thing, who get you through the sessions you’d rather skip and are there at the finish line.
