SUMMER'S COMING, UPDATED TIMETABLE & NEW CLASSES

We're excited to announce the rollout of our new timetable starting next week, Monday 6th May. These changes are based on valuable feedback from our member survey and aim to align more with your preferences.

We are in the final stages of revamping the yoga studio into a dedicated space for Personal Training and small group training sessions. Group sessions will focus on form, technique and zone training. More information on these classes will follow soon!
