💪 Favourite workout?
Anything cardio based to get your heart rate pumping but I do love a long chipper something that requires endurance and some mental resilience to get through.
😖 Least favourite workout?
Anything with box jumps as I only have little legs!
🍔 Favourite food?
Favourite food has to be Marmite – you either love it or you hate it and I love love love it. In fact if I could only eat one thing for the rest of my life it would be marmite on toast for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

😵 Something we may not know about you?
I am a trained wig mistress! I looked after wigs when working in the theatre which included baking them in a wig oven – a bit like making a cake but I wouldn’t advise eating a whole one!

I think every member says that Leo is an amazing space but I would say that being a member of this community has genuinely changed my life in many ways. Its not only improved my health and fitness but has given me a second family of people who share similar passions, goals and challenges, who cheer you on during the victories and lift you up during setbacks.
