Looking for a fun, healthy, and social way to keep your kids happy at the weekends? Bring them along to our kids sessions!
Our Leo Kids program consists of fun fitness games, skill development and team-building exercises. Looked after by Stu, one of our experienced coaches and dads, they’ll have a blast and burn off some steam.
"Our goal at Leo Kids is simply to make fitness fun!" says Stu.
"During our sessions, kids will play games, get moving, get sweating and most importantly have a great time doing it!!"
Regular exercise isn’t only great for a child’s health, but is known to improve confidence and academic ability, encourage healthy growth and development, and kick-start social skills. And if nothing else, they’ll be readier for bed at night!
Watch at the side as they run, jump and roll their way through the class or enjoy a drink at the café downstairs.
Our 45-minute classes are for 5-12 year-olds, every Sunday at 10am.
