We sell a range of freshly-blended super-tasty smoothies packed full of quality nutrition and amazing ingredients that focus on promoting a better, healthier you.

Our recipes have been tried, tested and improved to make them as good as they can be, but we’ll happily add or remove ingredients to suit your taste! You can also build your own drink with the ingredients we have available.

Unlike the smoothies you get in a chain café or supermarket, Leo smoothies have a few magic ingredients in them too!

But what are the magical ingredients and why do we use them? Read on!

CBD Oil

This guy is the newest miracle cure on the block, but it’s no fad.

CBD helps relieve pain, reduces inflammation, boosts the immune system, and improves sleep. It’s awesome for promoting your recovery and boosting your all-round wellness.

And yes, before you ask, CBD is derived from Cannabis….. but the good news is that it’s the non-psychoactive element of the drug, and the key ingredient that gives the plant its medicinal properties.

MCT Oil

MCT oil is a healthy fat most commonly extracted from coconut oil.

MCT oil before training can help your body prioritise the use of fat for energy rather than carbohydrate. Even the leanest of us have almost unlimited stores of fat and precious little stored carbohydrate, so this awesome oil helps you train harder for longer and boosts your body composition!

MCT is also great for all-round health, reduces risk factors for heart disease, and can control blood sugar levels and appetite.

Collagen Powder

Collagen is the protein that builds our ligaments, tendons, skin and muscles.

It’s a great addition to a smoothie if you’re suffering with niggling injuries or joint pain as it helps regenerate muscle tissue and strengthens tendons.

Being packed full of amino acids, it’s also awesome for recovery.

Cacao Powder

First things first – it’s not cocoa spelt wrong!

Cacao is the base ingredient of cocoa, and has a similar taste to chocolate and cocoa.

Cocoa is made by processing cacao seeds at a high heat, which destroys some of its nutritional benefits. And because cacao is unprocessed, the health benefits of these seeds are fully preserved – it helps reduce inflammation and cholesterol levels, promotes heart health, and can boost your mood.

Maca Powder

Maca powder is the root of a plant grown in South America, and is packed with vitamins and minerals. Maca is full of flavonoids, which raise your mood and relieve anxiety.

As well as boosting your brain, it will kick-start your body, and can improve energy and endurance, increase libido, and help relieve symptoms of the menopause.

It has a very slight nutty flavour and is great paired up with nut butter or cacao!

Spirulina Powder

Spirulina is a super-green health-machine. Think of it as broccoli, kale, spinach and avocado mixed up and on steroids in terms of its health benefits!

Spirulina is packed full of nutrients and antioxidants, can help lower cholesterol, control blood sugar levels, and reduce muscle fatigue. It’s a go-to ingredient for a day-to-day pick me up and health boost.

It makes a great booster to our Green Smoothie both because of its veggie flavour and all-round awesomeness.

Acai Powder

This Brazilian berry is another great all-round booster.

As well as being full of antioxidants, Acai is super nutrient-dense, and packed with a tonne of healthy fats and fiber. It’s a great addition to your five-a-day to keep you feeling, performing, and thinking your best.

You can now pre-order your smoothie before your yoga class or Functional Fitness session, so it's ready and waiting for you when you're done!

Just place your order at the café before your class.

Easy!
