Maarten is an experienced entrepreneur, with a background in finance and management. He previously lived in Manchester, where he fell in love with CrossFit. In 2014 he started training at CrossFit Train Manchester under Sam Briggs (CrossFit Games Winner and Fittest Woman on Earth in 2013).
While having accreditations in CrossFit Level-1 and UKSCA, Maarten is dedicated to expand Leo Gym to a countrywide brand.
Bill has been practicing CrossFit since 2009 and gained his CrossFit coaching Level 1 in 2014 to add to the numerous other qualifications he already had in the field of fitness.
He coached CrossFit for a couple of years in London, before making the move back to Marlow to set-up Leo. He trained with EXOS in America, has completed numerous UKSCA courses and is currently finishing off his OPEX CCP1.
CrossFit has been Bill’s biggest passion for years and he doesn’t see any greater reward than being able to share his passion with the members at Leo and watch them transform into the best versions of themselves. Bill is extremely enthusiastic and his energy is contagious - if you haven’t been to one of his classes yet, make sure you do!
Following a career at Google in London, Georgie has been a Personal Trainer for 5 years and has been a qualified CrossFit coach for 3 years.
She is an amazingly encouraging, motivating and enthusiastic coach with an outstanding skill of getting the best out of people, ensuring they believe in themselves and helping them to achieve their goals in a way that feels comfortable and achievable.

Fran has represented England in Rugby since 2006, playing in the Six Nations for over 10 years. But she has now hung her boots up Internationally to be able to focus on her other career, sport coaching and personal training. She always had a passion for fitness and personal progression athletically, she is now fortunate enough to carry this on in her career and take it to new levels. Having achieved her CrossFit qualification, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Sport and Exercise Fitness, and Nutrition Qualification, among all her personal development and experience as a professional athlete, she loves to carry this wide depth of knowledge and teach and train others.
Fran focuses on fun, motivational and varied training programs! Training with Fran will make you feel like you have worked really hard, while finishing each session with a smile on your face! Her goal is always to ensure her clients are enjoying the sessions, along with making sure the sessions are specific to your personal goals, as well as getting something out of them at the end of it all.
