FAQ's

DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS?
Yes! We have a full changing room for both men and women, just make sure you bring a towel!

CAN I BRING MY BABY?
Yes, however please bring a pushchair or car seat as we want your child to be safe. We will require you to sign a one-time waiver when you arrive.

2.

IS THERE FREE PARKING?
Yes, Leo Gym has got designated car parking in front of the building. 

3.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?
Our equipment is top of the range from Rogue Fitness and industry leader and the main sponsor at the CrossFit Games. The only machines we use at Leo Gym are our bodies.

I'M A CROSSFIT PRACTITIONER VISITING MARLOW AND HEARD GREAT THINGS ABOUT YOUR GYM. DO YOU ALLOW DROP-INS?
Yes! We love visitors! Please get in touch before you arrive to book into a session. Drop-ins are £15 per session.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM OTHER GYMS?
Our motto is work hard, play hard! Working out should be fun whilst getting results. We are trying to give our members the best training experience they've ever had. Our members love our community, our programming and our excellent coaching! We are certain that you'll enjoy the community experience here and get results faster than any other gym you can find. Our members include office workers, athletes, personal trainers and everyone in between. The group class environment is also a fantastic motivator. We take pride in delivering fitness and performance results in a friendly and fun environment.

I WANT TO GAIN MUSCLE, SHOULD I DO CROSSFIT?
Yes, if you are interested in gaining real functional muscles without artificial enhancements. If you seriously want to put on muscle you need to exercise all muscle groups at varying intensities, reps and loads. You also need to feed growing muscle the right way and with the nutritional information we offer you will be on the right path to attaining your desired fitness goals.

I'VE HAD A BACK BACK/KNEES/SHOULDERS ETC. CAN I STILL DO THIS?
Yes. All workouts can be scaled to your strengths and current limitations. We will work to strengthen your weak areas and your physical capabilities will progress quickly. If limited by a serious injury then we can still program workouts based on your current abilities. By utilising the CrossFit model of performing functional movements and learning to use the proper and full range of motions, we are confident that we can get you back on the right path to your pre-injury days. 

8.

I'VE HEAD CROSSFIT CAN BE TOUGHT. WOULD IT BE TOO CHALLENGING FOR ME?
Absolutely not. The CrossFit workouts we do at Leo Gym are completely scaleable to work for all levels and abilities. The only requirement is that you show up ready to work hard and give it everything you've got! Attitude and determination and much more important than fitness background or ability in CrossFit. The fastest way to get in shape is to start now.

9.

IS CROSSFIT FOR EVERYONE?
CrossFit can sometimes be seen as a scary word, however, as long as you're willing to show up to each session ready to go for it and try your best then CrossFit is for you! Your fitness level is completely irrelevant, it's your willpower that really matters. Do you want to improve your lifestyle? Do you want to improve your current level of fitness? Do you want to start to enjoy working out? Then CrossFit, and more importantly Leo Gym is for you! Our team can't wait to help you achieve your goals!
