What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is an effective way to get fit, tone up and lose weight. And anyone can do it!
It's a fitness program that combines a wide variety of functional movements into a timed or scored workout, think using multiple muscle groups at once. We do pull-ups, squats, push-ups, weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing, and a host of other movements, often at times linked together. The best part is, the workout is always changing, so you'll never get bored!
At Leo Gym Marlow we offer a broad training program which has been designed to accommodate people of all ages, shapes and sizes and fitness levels. Our core focus is CrossFit Functional Fitness. We also offer personal training, sports therapy, and nutrition services to help you meet your fitness goals.
